When you purchase a filter subscription from our store, you sign up for repeat deliveries of our products. These deliveries occur based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select during the purchase process. We aim to make it convenient for you to receive fresh filters as needed, without the hassle of reordering each time.
Your payment details will be securely stored and used to automatically charge you for each scheduled delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance for the entire subscription period. For subscriptions that auto-renew, charges will continue according to your selected delivery frequency and subscription duration.
Some of our subscription plans may automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period. If you do not wish to continue receiving products under the subscription, you must cancel before the renewal date. Notifications about upcoming renewals will be sent to you via email, giving you time to review and adjust your subscription settings if needed.
